New functionality added

Hello!

I've been adding cards to my very own collection, and mimicing my binders into lists. As part of trying to put the site through it's paces, I have some updates to share:

Functionality

• You can now move a whole page to a new location
• You can now add card sets in the same way you can add individual cards
• You can now insert cards at the start of a new page instead of the end of the list
• Added the ability to track deck usage (in test) for win/loss/other

User Experience

• Added some stats to the List view

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where cards were not able to be added from another set (scope was enforced after create)
• Fixed an issue where card sets were shown as editable in Edit List mode, but this would never apply
• Fixed an issue where sometimes adding/removing languages to a list was not being honoured
• Fixed an issue where sign-up e-mails were sometimes not sent
• Fixed the stats view showing EN/JP card types seperately (character/event/climax)
